Santa Rita flours, in the 5th Edition of Gastronomix

Santa Rita, will be present at the 5th Edition of Gastronomix, where students will use our flours and preparations, to prepare in their canteen, some fantastic dishes ... that they can taste at the Casa de Campo in Madrid Gastronomix is ??a totally free social project of cooking, creative gastronomy and personal recycling aimed at 50 young people and students who are in a training period and want to complement their training or are currently unemployed. The 50 students selected will receive during a school year, every Saturday morning, a professional and human training, specialized in cooking and gastronomy, which will provide them with important resources to subsequently enter the labor market or continue their training process increasing their chances of getting Stable and lasting employment. In this fifth edition, the learning of this social project is extended to respond to the social and professional demands of the future. Sustainability will be the leitmotif of this new delivery since we will take the concern for the environment and health to all parts of the initiative. The classic edition of the Gastronomix Project will be joined by the first edition of Veggie Gastronomix, where vegetarian, vegan and organic cuisine will have the leading role. In the same way, we will repeat the celebration of Sweet Gastronomix that has so much knowledge about pastry and bakery inspired.
