Made with wheat flour, rye and malt, this chapata is a very complete bread, rich in nuances and with an interesting nutritional profile. It is a bread with double fermentation, rustic aspect and crunchy crust, with a flavor and texture marked by the seeds. In its crumb, of golden tone, we find brown linen, golden linen, sunflower pipe and sesame and thanks to that the seeds are bathed in mother mass, we obtain a greater conservation of the bread. Sesame seeds are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (fats good for the body, including Omega 3 and Omega 6 acids), and they help to lower cholesterol.
