At the semifinal of the Spanish Championship of Sommeliers Tierra de Sabor, the contestants must face a written questionnaire, with test questions or to develop, a written wine tasting. At the end of the tests there will be three masterclasses offered by Tierra de Sabor, Protos and Nespresso Professional. The best of this test will go to the final at the next day. The purpose of this test is to disseminate the culture of the sommelier and find the best professional to represent Spain in the ASI World Sommelier Championship (Association of the Somellerie Internationale).
