On Thursday 21 October, the Gourmets Auditorium will hold the  11 awards ceremony of the Best Cheeses of Spain2021 Championship: “GourmetQuesos”.   This is an open public event and different awards will be given to three winners in each of the 15 categories. The “Absolute Winner” will receive the "Best Cheese of Spain 2021" Award which will be announced during the Award Ceremony.
