We produce grass-fed 5-month-old chickens and cereals from local farmers that we grind daily on the farm. Its meat is smooth in texture, very tasty and versatile in cooking.
This food comes from tipical spanish rural areas.
El Espolón is an organic food production project that consists of a curious farm where organic chickens are raised, pistachios and legumes are grown; and a small cannery where pickle, pâté, ... other delicacies are made.
