Gastronomic experience consists of a visit to our cannery and farm enjoying a tasting of our products with local wines or beers. , between pistachio trees and free cattle. The objective is to support the rural environment by valuing the quality of its products and protecting the environment by defending traditional methods of obtaining food and managing the territory such as grazing, communal forests and springs.

El Espolón is an organic food production project that consists of a curious farm where organic chickens are raised, pistachios and legumes are grown; and a small cannery where pickle, pâté, ... other delicacies are made.
