The collection of our wines is a tribute to varieties that have been historically forgotten due to their low production, their complicated viticulture and their special elaboration, and that today's tastes, due to their uniqueness, have rescued.

Encina Blanca de Alburquerque elaborates very limited and exclusive productions of its high expression wines, under organic farming conditions, preserving the vineyards, favoring nature to follow its cycle and ensuring its maximum expression.
