The PDO Oil of La Rioja will participate for the first time in the Salón de Gourmets and will do so with an original presentation.
It will talk about new trends in the consumption of extra virgin olive oil in confectionery with a demonstration and tasting of truffles with EVOO by the pastry chef Alfonso Herce de Blas from Pastelería La Clavelina in the Riojan town of Arnedo.
The cherry on top of the presentation as Ambassador of La Rioja Oil will be the beloved actor Pepe Viyuela.
The event will take place on Monday, October 18 at the Gastronomic Space Universo Alimentos de España, located in Hall 8 at IFEMA stand 8AO1.
