Elaboration:
What makes Txakoli “Kiriki” special is the selection of the best Hondarrabi Zuri and Petit Manseng vintage, 100% cold macerated to extract the best of the grape. Trying to avoid as far as possible any manipulation that detracts its authenticity, and with a long aging of four months on the lees, it is an aging wine that is always presented in its best organoleptic conditions, since with the passage of time it will evolve allowing the qualities it contains to emerge.
Tasting notes:
"Kiriki" is a daring rooster who is confident in his attributes and does not need more ornaments than what Nature has given him. Aging on the lees reduces astringency, while giving it aromatic intensity, structure on the palate and unctuousness. Balance between the freshness of the varietal and the volume and maturity. Notes of white fruit, citrus and aromatic herbs are perceived, which do not disturb the joy of that point of acidity that makes it fresh and 100% txakoli. Txakoli in its purest form.
