NEW LINES OF RESEARCH

From the very beginning, CASA GUTIER has considered the need to involve research and scientific advances in all the activities to be carried out. Today we can say that CASA GUTIER is, in itself, the materialization of a great research project. In 2014 the promoters of CASA GUTIER established contact with the working group of the Department of Animal Production and Food Science at the University of Zaragoza. Having knowledge of the various doctoral theses, the complexity of the project was a huge challenge as it covers everything from primary production to the arrival of the final product to the consumers. At CASA GUTIER, we have one constant: combining the experience of a job well done with innovation to offer the consumer products of the highest quality. In this spirit, more than four years ago we embarked on research into a formula for the creation of the first healthy beef products with a scientific basis developed through several doctoral theses from the prestigious University of Zaragoza, which we have named CASA GUTIER. For us it has become just the beginning, the starting point for new research projects that we at CASA GUTIER and the University of Zaragoza are already promoting and developing
Good meat, taken at its point, can produce more emotion than the language of music. And that emotion, which goes directly to the spirit, is the primary reason for our flesh. With the intention of moving, a group of professionals with vocation and admiration for the livestock for its elegance and balance work every day to produce this excellent meat. In our meat it surprises its taste and aroma, with floral memories, fine grasses since our cattle ranch enjoys its retirement in the Alcudia Valley, a place of great natural value. It surprises the vivacity of its color, result of the noble feeding that our specimens receive, as a healthy food to enjoy a healthy diet. This meat has been elaborated with the intention of consuming it at the optimal moment, raised in nature, sleeping and macerating in the best conditions give its maximum expression. A food that provokes in the consumer the most tender and tasty pleasure that transports him/her to the origin of our commitment, PASSION, LOVE AND RESPECT FOR ANIMALS AND NATURE.
