As we often say, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right!”. That’s why we take the time to distill this gin in small batches in our 350-litre still. It contains all the classic gin seasonings including juniper, coriander, lemon, aniseed, and angelica however these are complemented by a clear touch of parsnip. Its root vegetable aroma adds a slight bitterness as well as a heady sweetness, all enveloped in a slightly liquorish texture.
