EVOO extracted in mid-October, with intense tones in the nose and mouth of freshly cut grass, green apple and tomato, artichoke stem. Its bitterness and itchiness, although balanced, are very present when tasting. It is an oil that presents 0.12 acidity at the beginning of the campaign since it is worked from fruits carefully cared for until its extraction. Our early harvest Picual is ideal to use raw and thus enjoy those herbaceous tones that pair perfectly with vegetables.
