Its bitterness and spiciness, although balanced, are very present at the time of tasting, although in less intensity when compared to our Picual Early Harvest. It is an oil that presents 0.12 acidity at the beginning of the campaign since it is worked from fruits carefully cared for until its extraction.
Our early harvest Hojiblanca is ideal to use raw and thus enjoy those herbaceous tones that pair perfectly with vegetables.
