BUNKER DISTILLERY

It is an Artisan distillery located in the province of León (Spain). At Bunker Distillery there is no rush, only love and respect for the product, to obtain distillates of the highest quality.

Its distillates are characterized by being:

• 100% natural, they are only made with natural botany.
• Artisans (Certificate of Artisan Food of the Junta de Castilla y León).
• Without haste, making long macerations.
• In small controlled batches, single distillation per batch.
• Free of sugars and artificial additives.

All of them manufactured by Enrique Lozano, Master Distiller, who, driven by his passion, 4 years ago decided to leave everything to fulfill a dream, dedicate himself to the world of capturing aromas and flavors in a natural way.

In this short space of time, its spirits have already achieved 8 International Recognitions in the most prestigious Distillate Competitions, including the Best Gin in Spain 2021.

For this, "Cloe" is used a last generation continuous copper alembic, which has cutting-edge technology to manufacture distillates of the highest quality.
