Red wine made from monastrell of strains over 50 years. Natural fermentation, indigenous yeasts. Aged for 9 months in 400 liter French oak barrels. Maximum expression of our terrroir. Balsamic, deep, mineral and with very well integrated wood. Food pairing all kinds of meats but also with sushi and blue fish. Limited production
