RECUÉRDAME is a green olive of intense fruity with herbal nuances and a very balanced complex profile. It is obtained from green olives, in an optimal moment of harvest at sunset in the beginning of October. It has connotations of sweet green tomato, with different sensory characteristics, since it is a special selection olive oil with an intense green.
We are a family company of olive cultivation with a long tradition, dedicated to the production, packaging and selling of olive oils of the highest quality, giving special attention to the process of harvest and packaging of Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
