The grapes were harvested at night by a mechanical process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds, holding a particular freshness. 70% of the wine fermentation process occurs in stainless steel under a controlled temperature and the remaining 30% ferment in French oak barrels for 4 months.
White aged wine from Alentejo with a citrine color and well de?ned ?avors, notes of apricot and yellow plum, and with some minerality. In the mouth shows notes of freshness and some irreverence given by the acidity, ending with a ?nal average persistence and unctuosity. Matches perfectly with risottos, raw ?sh dishes like ceviche, and white meat. Vol. 13%
