Wagyu Iberico is a quality brand of the farmers themselves, certifies meat meats that are controlled by the brand and audited by CERTICAR. It is the only quality label with optional labeling that guarantees that the animal of the meat at least 50% of its genetics is of the Wagyu race. They are at least 3 months with the mothers in the Dehesa, with an average of 6 months, the feed at least 60% are composed of cereals, without urea and without animal fats.
