The Altos de Torona Winery, D.O. Rías Baixas, presents its monovarietal wines during the Salón Gourmets with a commented tasting next Monday, May 7 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 6G31.
The monovarietal line of this winery stands out for its complexity and for the nuances provided by the Caíño, Godello and Albariño grapes, varieties grown in the vineyards of Altos de Torona, located in the town of Tomiño, O Rosal, in a plot of more than 100 hectares with slopes greater than 20% and 30% in some points. Its proximity to the Atlantic and the Miño River favor the perfect maturation of the grape and the granitic soil, very permeable, manages to highlight to the maximum the varietal aromas of these wines.
The winery will also be present at Stand 8H37 (Pavilion 8), where the HGA family group Bodegas y Viñedos de Altura will exhibit other products.
