Prefermentative cold maceration during 3-5 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days and another 7 days for the malolactic fermentación. Drink over the next 3 years.

Cherry-red colour with deep purple glints. Red and black fuit aromas with balsamic hints and earthy notes coming throug. Fresh and fuity with a harmonious mouthfeel. Clean and pleasant finish with subtle floral notes.
