Dry white wine of Muscat de Alejandria, with 8 months ageing on the lees. It is a dry and very aromatic white wine with scents of grapefruit, mountain herbs and mineral hints typical of the Axarquía region (slate terroir). In the mouth it is full and tasty, yet dry. Well-structured and  good acidity. To be served as an aperitif or to accompany seafood and raw fish dishes, oysters, oriental cuisine.
