En el año 1970, un grupo de agricultores emprendedores de Puente Genil, provincia de Córdoba (España), se unieron y fundaron la Cooperativa Vitivinícola La Purísima. Situada en el centro geográfico de Andalucía, zona milenaria en la producción de vinos y aceites de gran calidad. Hoy en día la cooperativa funciona comercialmente con el nombre de VINOLEA, Bodega & Almazara, integrada por más de 300 socios. En ella se produce mayoritariamente Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra seguido de aceituna de mesa y vino. Suministramos a los principales fabricantes y envasadores nacionales e internacionales y desde principios del 2012, VINOLEA opera en el mercado de EE.UU. a través de su filial VINOLEA USA.
In 1970, a group of enterprising farmers in Puente Genil, in the province of Cordoba, Spain, joined forces to found the wine Cooperative La Purísima. This Cooperative was the first to combine the production of olive oil and wine and is s based in Andalusia, an area associated with high quality wine and olive oil production since antiquity. Today the cooperative operates commercially under the name VINOLEA, Winery & Oil Mill, comprising more than 300 partners. It produces mainly Extra Virgin Olive Oil followed by table olives and wine. We supply leading national and international manufacturers and packers and since early 2012, VINOLEA operates in the US market through its subsidiary VINOLEA USA
