INGREDIENTS: Ham, lard of pork, salt, conservatives (E-250 and E-252), antirust (E-331) and maltodextrina. ASPECT:Corte in V with broke, few infiltration of interspersed fat and on the contrary it predominates over the loin.

TREATMENT: minimum 12 to 16 months according to size (I weigh between 6 and 8 kg aprox)

CONSERVATION: In fresh and dry place.

IT DATES PREFERENTIAL CONSUMPTION: 12 months.
