cooked pork shoulder

The lacón is a traditional product from the northwest of Spain. We got it from the pork shoulders. Following the traditional recipe, the pieces are deboned and they absorb the salt and the spices through a massage process, wihtout water added injection. And finlay, they are cooked.  We offer a product with a high content of meat (95%). It is important to say that we use whole pieces of meat, which means a very demanding quality and the characteristic flavour of an artisanal process.


We are a family-owned company with more than 70 years of tradition in the elaboration of Spanish cold cuts.

Our products are: fresh and cured chorizo, salchichón, cured pork loin, jamón, cured beef ham and cooked pork shoulder. We use cold aging process which assures a high quality finished products, with natural ingredients and an intense flavour, as the traditional recipe says.

We have been exporting for more than 20 years and we are suppliers of high quality charcuterie range of the great distribution channels. You may find us in France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Portugal.
