Flamigni s.r.l. - An Italian sweet passionFlamigni has two production plants. Its origins are in Romagna, a region characterized by a religious attention to food and food culture. Over the years owners decided to establish a second plant in Langhe region. The pursuit of quality is the reason for this choice, which goes against the principle of industrial optimization. When talking about food, quality is strictly connected to territory and Flamigni decided to produce its leavened products exactly where quality was found. Search and find high quality ingredients is one of the most difficult tasks. You have to know market, products, have a good taste and a good investment capacity. Time helps to build these skills. And since 1930 Flamigni had a lot of time to meet its targets. The most accurate processes are also the slowest ones, since they involves more attention to ingredients in order to exalt their organoleptic qualities. Flamigni takes 1 hour and 20 minutes to pour egg white into the container for nougat production and its water bath cooking lasts 4 hours. Materials and objects come from all over the world thanks to the participation to the most interesting international fairs. Packaging are handmade. There is an entire team dedicated to handmade wrapping and packaging and attention to details is fundamental to give a final personal touch to a special gift.PANETTONIPanettone was invented in Milan, but has then conquered entire Italy. It is the symbol of Christmas and the Italian sweet best known abroad. It represents Italian traditional food culture for festivities. Flamigni produces its Panettoni with high quality natural ingredients. Panettone is a genuine and digestible product, since Flamigni aims to create healthy products of high organoleptic quality.TORRONI (nougat)Nougat is a sweet with ancient roots and it is a part of our national identity. Its taste brings us back in time and we feel like our great-grandparents felt when they were children and they received a piece of nougat at Christmas. Nougat produced by Flamigni is a genuine and digestible product, made with high quality natural ingredients. It is handmade since high quality ingredients need to be treated with due respect.PASTICCERIA (pastry products)Flamigni’s biscuits range includes traditional Italian recipes which date back to the Middle Ages. Flamigni produces them with the best ingredients. The range includes: amaretti, soft almond paste biscuits made with sugar, egg whites and sweet and bitter almonds, and also cantuccini with almonds, which are obtained by cutting into slices a still warm loaf. Beside these famous specialties Flamigni offers different kinds of refined tea biscuits.
