Grape variety 100% Touriga Nacional.
Soil Highly altered schist soil on the surface with a subsoil of unaltered schist from 30-40cm.
Harvesting The grapes are hand-picked in small crates of 20kg.
Vinification Vinification in small tanks with a long vatting of more than 4 weeks.
Maturing The wine is matured in concrete tanks and French oak barrels of 2 to 4 years.
Tasting
Colour: beautiful deep purple color.
Nose: intense with aromas of flowers, exotic fruit and red fruits. It is elegant with mineral notes.
Palate: soft with a nice structure. There is a good weight and depth. Well balanced and fresh. The finish is long with the floral notes that comes with us till the end. Mature from 2 to 5 years.
