Grupo Gourmets is an editorial company founded back in 1976, with the birth of monthly magazine Gourmets Club, a pioneer in the field of travel, wine and gastronomy in Spain.

This publication is followed by the Gourmets Round Tables (1976-2018), discussion forums where professionals and opinion leaders approach the hottest topics of today's gastronomy, and which from the very beginning led to the birth of culinary movements that started the research on traditional cooking and native products.

The Gourmets Wine Guide, the Wine Club or the Gourmets Cupboard management are other services offered by Grupo Gourmets, establishing it as a benchmark in the field of both national and foreign gastronomy.

With the 1st Gourmet Hall, International Food and Beverage Quality Fair, in 1987 the Group began its journey as a private fair operator.

Broadly speaking, this is the genesis of Grupo Gourmets, whose mission is to spread gastronomy and commercialise delicatessen products, thus developing the agri-food sector in terms of excellence in quality and competitiveness.
