It challenges chefs to demonstrate not only their skill and creativity in presenting a recipe, but also the background behind the recipe. Specifically, the aim is to reward those who can demonstrate the application of sustainable practices in their cuisine and their ability to transmit gastronomic value.

Participants must create 1 gastronomic proposal of seasonal, fresh and authentic cuisine to be consumed at the bar, high table or as an aperitif, paired with one of the four varieties of the 1906 family.
