In the semifinal of the Tierra de Sabor Sommelier Championship of Spain, the contestants will face a written questionnaire with multiple choice questions and a written wine tasting. At the end of the tests there will be three masterclasses offered by Tierra de Sabor and Protos. The best of this test will go on to the final to be held the following day.
The purpose of this test is to disseminate the sommelier culture and find the best professional to represent Spain in the World Sommelier Championship of the ASI (Association de la Somellerie Internationale).
