Soft and grainy fresh cheese, made with cow's milk, totally natural without preservatives or additives. The production area covers thirteen municipalities in the eastern part of Lugo with cow's milk of the Rubia Gallega, Alpine Brown and Friesian breeds, raised in the area. It is shaped like a fungus, with a cylindrical base of variable diameter and a slightly wider hat.
