Salón Gourmets Organization Department makes available to exhibitors a space to offer professional visitors commented tastings of their products: wines, cheeses, beers, oils or any other quality food or drink. The area has the required infrastructure for tastings, as the main objective is to provide the appropriate environment for companies to exhibit the versatility and benefits of their products, so that professionals are able to appreciate the particular features of each one and learn about their origin and production methods.
