Made from apples harvested in our orchards and frozen before pressing (cryoextraction) to extract a sugar-rich must. A slow fermentation process at 12 ºC produces this delicious, golden and unctuous nectar.
Colour: golden with glossy hues and thick, lingering legs.
Aroma: the nose conjures up a range of apple varieties on a base of white fruits, peach, plum and white flowers that gradually evolve into an aroma of ripe apples.
Palate: powerful and fulsome, in the mouth it is voluptuously warming. Following a sweet attack due to the high residual sugar content, it rapidly acquires a strong and sustained acidity that is delightfully refreshing. The midpalate is eminently fruity, with intense citrus notes (lemon, mandarin), whilst the finish is incredibly long with a persistently fruity aftertaste.
This cider pairs well with appetisers, foie gras, cheeses, a range of desserts or simply as the perfect way to round off a fabulous meal.
