Young white wine of the variety Zalema, clean yellow color. Aromas of apple, pear and pineapple, on a background of floral nuances. Slightly dry, elegant, balanced, with an aromatic finish where the varietal singularity is imposed.Variety: Zalema.Tasting notes:Color: attractive straw-yellow color, clean.Nose: expressive, cheerful. Highlights include notes of pineapple and apple.Mouth: soft sweetness at the mouth, balanced, elegant as it passes through the palate, with volume and long aftertaste.Pairing: ideal to accompany soft cheeses, white meats, rice, fish and seafood.Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC.Volume (bottle): 75cl.Alcohol content: 11,5%.
