White wine made with grapes selected from the native Zalema variety. Great aromatic concentration reminiscent of fresh grass with notes of green apple and ripe pineapple. Clean yellow color, refreshing with a discreet sweetness. Balanced.Variety: Zalema.Tasting notes:Color: straw yellow with greenish highlights. Clean, shiny, crystalline appearance.Nose:  intense aroma reminiscent of fresh grass with notes of green apple.Mouth: balanced, fresh and elegant.
