Rosemary Sheep’s Milk Cheese

A pressed cheese made using enzyme coagulation, made exclusively using sheep’s milk and with a minimumripening period of 150 days. The rind is coated with rosemary.

This is a specialty cheese found across the Iberian Peninsula and demonstrates the perfect marriage of thecreamy taste of sheep’s milk and the unmistakable scent of rosemary. Goes perfectly with Tempranillo varietyred wines and Crianza whites.
