Elaboración:Consiste en una reducción del vino tinto hasta conseguir la textura gel deseada

Recomendaciones para su uso:Además de su uso clásico en el desayuno y la merienda, untada en una tostada con mantequilla o queso de untar, también la recomendamos en platos de carne y pescado y sobre todo en la elaboración de tapas, dando un toque singular
