A 91 points Parker (2018 vintage) Verdejo fermented in barrel. A delight for the nose and palate that only vineyards over 70 years old can give. After a thorough selection of the best clusters directly in the vineyard, it is fermented and aged on its lees in French oak barrels of 300 and 500 liters capacity. The result is a wine with body, structure and a lot of freshness. Irresistible! With all its nuances elaborated following the legacy that the ancestors left ... memories of peach and pear, but also others such as thyme, peppermint, vanilla or cinnamon.
