Children workshop

Since the I Taller de los Sentidos in the year 2000 the purpose has always been that non-professional could known the traceability of the food that was shown at differents workshops at Salon Gourmets.The Children's workshops, were developed with such objetive aimed at schoolchildren between 8 and 12 years old from the Community of Madrid. Children learn about the product in a closer way, seeing, touching and smelling as well as learning the basic principles of a healthy diet and of course, tasting their work, the funniest part of the workshop.

This year, children learn about how to make cheese and also bread with Horneo Fresh, know the properties of Balfegó Tuna and Galician honey thanks to Xunta de Galicia
