Show Cooking Stage

At the Show Cooking stage, this year celebrate its 10 th edition, national and international culinary stars prepare their dishes with products available at Salón Gourmets, providing visitor and exhibitors the opportunity to taste them and, above all, exchange knowledge with the best professionals in the area. Acclaimed chefs and sommeliers fill up this space to prove that gastronomy is imaginations and quality products have no limits.

The space can be hired by those exhibitors who wish to boost their presence at Salón Gourmets and so display the best aspects of their products.

So far the activities are:

11th GourmetQuesos, The Best Spanish Cheese Championship. Among the 90 finalist cheers, the jury selects the 45 most unique samples, 3 for each of the 15 categories in which the contest is divided, and the Best Cheese of Spain 2020 will be chosen.

3 de Pulpo. Chef Sergio Mange Reyes will cook 4 recipes with the productos of the brand: octopus aguachile, octopus pie with callos de pulpo and grelos, carving octopus with their natural juices and avocado creamy and their personal visión of galician octopus.


Association of Growers of the Anguian Bean.

Manjares de la Tierra. The differents applications of the black truffle. Sergio and Javier Torres, will elaborate several recipes with this product: red egg salad, Tuber melanosporum truffle with mushrooms, Fuentes onion cream and Tuber melanosporum truffle; hare a la royale with black truffles. Besides, public will taste one of the onion cream.
