2 Atlantic Cuisine Contest / Estrella Galicia

Contest rules

The 2nd Atlantic Cuisine Contest Estrella Galicia enhances the products and gastronomy of Galicia. The contest is open to cooks working at any region in Spain. Participants should deliver a self elaborated recipe using regional products containing or combining with one of the Estrella Galicia beers chosen for the contest. The dish should represent the regional cuisine, traditional as well as contemporary, for the jury values innovation in addition to taste and presentation of the recipes that the 12 finalist cook in Salón Gourmets to win the first prize.
