AMBROSÍA: Organic Cava made with Parellada + Xarel.lo + Macabeo grapes. 1st fermentation with seven (7) months in French oak barrels and

                    2nd fermentation in the bottle with 30 months.

Gatell is a family winery dedicated to the elaboration of exclusive cellars. We grow our vineyards under an artisanal method of organic farming and select the best strains, limiting production to 26,000 bottles per year, to create a sparkling wine 100% fermented in barrels, long aging and Brut Nature.

In Gatell we are very proud of what we do and that is why we tell you in detail the process that gives the cava its great quality. The entire process takes place in our facilities, which have the most innovative technology to transform grapes into special cava.

In Mas Gatell 35 hectares of vineyards of various native varieties of the Penedés area are cultivated. White varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonay and Malvasía. Red varieties: Garnacha, Monastrell and Pinot Noir.

ECOLOGY: Our strains are treated according to a strictly ecological method, no herbicides or pesticides are used, only organic fertilizers of natural origin that allow adequate biotic and environmental regulation.

VINTAGE: At that time the best bunches of grapes are selected and collected manually to be taken to the winery, where we transform them into a high quality cellar.
