This is a five day dried half-cured meat that has to be cooked, barbecued or fried before eating. In Navarra and the Basque country it is typical to cook it in natural cider and have it as a starter. This product is also a delicious accompaniment to any kind of vegetable.

Our target during this time has been to create high quality products in order to be a reference among the rest of the manufacturers. We are located in Navarre, in the north of Spain and are members of local hand made food societies like “Artesanos de Navarra” and “Reyno Gourmet”.
