Our chickpea stew with cod and spinach is made exclusively with chickpeas of the Pedrosillano variety- one of the most appreciated varieties due to its finesse and elegance.

Accompanied by premium cod, a white fish with a low fat content, its meat is rich in proteins of high nutritional value and also contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, amongst which are potassium and phosphorus. Spinach provides fibre and stands out for its richness in antioxidant vitamins and folic acid which is essential for a healthy and balanced diet. It also has a high content of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium, is low in fat and carbohydrates.

Our recipes are over 100 years old, and are cooked over low heat, with care and dedication; no flavor enhancers and no chemicals. Our dishes have that home cooked taste and that is our greatest satisfaction.
