Milder than Picual olives, Arbequinas stand out for their yellow colour and their delicate flavour. Fruity aroma with floral notes.  

Uses: Vegetables (raw, roasted, pickled or marinated), purées and mashes, stews and legumes. Also adds a twist to sweet or savoury dairy products. Goes well with chocolate, in fruit salads, in pasta, on canapés or sandwiches, with skewers, as well as in doughs, pizzas and tacos.
