Fuet is the product made with a mixture of minced or chopped meats of beef, added with salt and other condiments (without paprika), kneaded and stuffed in natural casings, subjected to a ripening-drying process, with or without smoke, which ensures good stability. The fuet is characterized by its characteristic smell and taste, and narrow cylindrical shape.

It has a weight per piece between 0.350 and 0.500 kg


Located in the foothills of Sierra de la Demanda, it´s a small family business that combines artisanal values and the latest advanced in control and production technology. The company has implemented the HACCP system (Analysis and Critical Control Points) and the Iberian product is certified according to Standard Iberian by authorized auditing firm. The facilities and procedures are approved by the Health Authorities for export to countries such as Japan and Mexico
