Eresma Verdejo retains the maximum characteristics of the variety.

The grapes are first cold macerated and only the best quality first pressings are used, which have undergone static debourbage and fermentation at controlled temperature between 12º and 14º in order to preserve as far as possible the characteristics of the Verdejo variety and obtain an elegant, high-end wine which expresses the complexity and finesse bestowed upon it by the grape.
Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues.
Aroma: Elegant and intense, hay and fennel aromas which gives way to subtle notes of white flowers and white fruit (apples).
Palate: Elegant, intense and complex with balanced acidity and a bitter touch finish characteristic of the verdejo variety.
