The ONG Gastronomía Solidaria [Charity Gastronomy] returns to Salón Gourmets. It is an initiative led by Chema de Isidro (President of the NGO), Paco Patón (Vice-president of the NGO and director of food and drinks at Urban hotels), Felix Soriano (food and drink photographer) and Vicente González (Secretary of the NGO), and is the product of years of experience helping the most disadvantaged people participate in society through gastronomy.
Its objective is to provide opportunities through training, education and, above all, kindness, providing a future, a way of life and insertion or reintegration into the labour market.<(P>
Different chefs, maîtres d'hôtel and sommeliers will hold show cooking and tasting sessions at the 33rd Salón Gourmets.
