The AOVE Tunnel is a walk through the productive reality of the Spanish olive-oil sector.
All visitors will have access in the space to all of the DD.OO.,
currently recognized by the Ministry, being able to taste and be informed of the singularities of each quality brand. In turn,
professionals present in the trade fair will be able to taste minority varieties of lower commercial visibility, virgin
ecological extras and the best aove of the Ministry of Agriculture contest
The AOVE Tunnel is a defined and paneled space for the visitor in order that in a professional way you can enjoy the highest
organoleptic offer of the unique EVOO in Spain. Each content area will be fully defined and marked for
enjoy this walk among olive trees.
In this sense, the informative contents, tastings and objectives will be integrated
in the following list of spaces included in the AOVE Tunnel
- Introduction and reception area to the AOVE tunnel (AI)
- Interactive training and visitor area (FI)
- Space "Denominations of Origin-DIFFERENTIATED QUALITY" (DOPs)
- Area for presentation and tasting of minority varieties (Vm)
- Area for the dissemination of ecological management and production (PE)
- Space "Best EVOOs: Food Prize of Spain" (MA)
- Olive grove: small space for rest and recreation
- Formative classroom
