Sucking pig from Segovia, vacuum cooked at low temperature; boneless and crumbled and presented in a slab format of 1.500gr and 150gr. Products vacuum packed individually and frozen, with 18 months of expiration.

REGENERATION TIPS
- Thaw at a controlled temperature 24 hours before use
- Cut the piece in the desired way (ingots, triangles, squares, etc.)
- Mark on a skillet by the skin side of the piece to brown
- Regenerate in oven at 175º for 8 '
- Display on the dish, with sauces and other ingredients
