Pig's trotters cooked at low temperature; boneless and crumbled and presented in roll of 650gr and 150gr. Products vacuum packed individually and frozen, with 18 months of expiration. 

SALES FORMAT

  • ROLLS: Unit weight 650gr // 6 units per box
  • INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS: Unit weight 150gr // 25 units per box

REGENERATION TIPS

  1. Thaw at a controlled temperature 24 hours before use
  2. Cut the roll in the desired way
  3. Mark on a skillet by one side of the piece to brown
  4. Regenerate in oven at 175º for 8 '
  5. Display on the dish, with sauces and other ingredients
